Job summary

Bromford Flagship LiveWest is seeking a Transformation Director - Finance to lead a major finance transformation programme. You will shape the future finance operating model, align with senior stakeholders, and deliver measurable benefits across the organisation.

Experience in finance transformation or enterprise-wide change.
Strong governance, risk and benefits realisation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Finance Transformation Programme.
Deliver future Finance Target Operating Model.
Provide strategic advice and performance reporting to CFO and boards.
Establish programme governance, controls, and risk management.
Drive organisational readiness and adoption of new ways of working.
Oversee finance technology and process transformation initiatives including Dynamics 365.
Ensure integration of finance teams, processes, systems and controls.
Own benefits realisation and value delivery.
Embed change into business-as-usual operations.
