Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, with demonstrable track record delivering medium to large Finance Transformation Projects.
• In-depth knowledge of requirements documentation techniques, process flow modelling, and business use case development.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies including Waterfall and Agile, with ability to adapt BA approach to delivery model.
• Detailed working knowledge of Finance processes including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, financial planning, and month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Gather, identify and document business requirements and processes, facilitating clear communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and expectations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives and deliverables.
• Conduct detailed analysis of current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose streamlined solutions.
• Create use cases, As-Is & To-Be process diagrams and other documentation to support requirements.
• Perform GAP analysis to identify differences between current and desired states.
• Work with project and technical teams to ensure requirements are understood, managed and delivered effectively.
• Assist with Functional and User Acceptance Testing, governance processes and sign-off.
• Provide the link between the customer, solution teams and any third parties regarding software functionality throughout the development lifecycle.
