Job summary

RSM UK is a leading audit, tax and consulting firm helping mid-market businesses thrive. This Consulting role focuses on Finance Transformation, delivering value through FP&A, R2R, P2P and O2C improvements for diverse clients.

You will work in hybrid teams, develop client relationships, and contribute to proposals and deliverables that improve performance and governance. We value collaboration and practical, data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Finance qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, AAT etc.) Desirable but not essential.
• Solid & demonstrable PQE experience with an established portfolio of work experience.
• Strong academic record: relevant or business-focused degree (finance, accounting, business management or data analytics).
• Good understanding of finance processes and what ‘good looks like’ across FP&A, R2R, P2P, and O2C.

Responsibilities

• Establish trust and credibility quickly to build effective client relationships.
• Collaborate in cross-functional project teams and drive change in complex environments.
• Contribute to client proposals and presentations as a trusted advisor.
• Deliver transformation initiatives on time and within budget with proactive, organized work.
