Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering Finance Transformation projects.
• Detailed knowledge of requirements documentation techniques, process flow modelling, and business use case development.
• Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies and adapting BA approach to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Gather, identify and document business requirements and processes for clear stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives and deliverables.
• Analyse current processes to identify inefficiencies and propose streamlined solutions.
• Create use cases, As-Is & To-Be diagrams and other documentation.
• Perform GAP analysis between current and desired states.
• Work with project and technical teams to ensure requirements are delivered.
• Understand business areas, products and services to recommend solutions.
• Analyse root causes and propose resolutions.
• Build relationships with management, SMEs and sponsors.
• Assist with testing, governance and sign-off processes.
• Manage change requests ensuring deadlines are met.
• Track RAID log risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies.
• Maintain data model and architecture understanding across key applications.
• Prepare business cases, solution designs and handover documentation.
