Job summary

Leonardo UK is seeking a Finance Business Partner in Yeovil to collaborate with functions, deliver accurate financial management information, and guide budgeting and forecasting aligned with strategic plans. You will support governance and internal/external audits, provide monthly performance reporting and drive improvements across SAP processes.

The role requires an accountancy qualification, strong Excel skills, and experience in a manufacturing/operations context.

Qualifications

• Recognised professional accountancy qualification.
• Commercial awareness and ability to liaise with project managers and manufacturing functions.
• Knowledge of manufacturing/operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial advice and guidance to functions with clear data.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts for operating costs and workload over a 5-year plan.
• Ensure governance, controls, and IFRS application across the function.
• Deliver timely reporting of financials and variance analysis.
• Prepare month-end reports for operating costs and intercompany revenue/margin.
• Maintain SAP month-end integrity; be the point of contact for SAP issues.
