phs Teacrate is seeking a Finance Business Partner to own finance operations, lead credit control, and provide trusted commercial insight to the senior leadership team. You will work closely with the Managing Director, drive budgeting and forecasting, and support strategic decision-making to strengthen profitability across phs sites.

The role requires a recognised accounting qualification, extensive financial management experience, and the ability to translate complex data into clear business

Qualifications

• Qualified professional accountant with a recognised qualification.
• Experience in a service-led business.
• Ability to translate complex financial information into clear insights for senior stakeholders.
• Proven commercial acumen with strong business-driver understanding.
• Experience leading and developing teams with clear KPIs.

Responsabilités

• Own accurate and timely financial operations including management accounts and reporting.
• Lead credit control and cash flow management.
• Provide financial guidance to MD and leadership team for decision making.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and trading reviews with commentary on variances.
• Deliver analysis for pricing, CAPEX, and business cases for strategic decisions.
• Support governance and improve controls and processes.
