InHealth Group Limited seeks an experienced Finance Business Partner to act as a strategic financial partner to senior leaders across Shared Services, Corporate Overheads, PEC and InHealth Ventures. You will influence decisions on workforce investment, capital projects, digital transformation, procurement and offshore operations.

Formación

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) preferred.
• Experience in finance business partnering within a complex, multi-stakeholder organisation.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting and performance management across P&L and balance sheet.
• Ability to develop and challenge business cases, investment appraisals and financial models.

Responsabilidades

• Lead finance business partnering across a diverse portfolio of Group functions, providing insight across P&L and balance sheet.
• Translate complex financial performance into clear, decision-ready insight for stakeholders.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning.
• Challenge assumptions and identify risks and opportunities, guiding action and mitigations.
• Provide financial oversight for capital investment, procurement and digital transformation programmes.
