Job summary

Zen Internet is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support the Partner and Consumer divisions on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis, starting in January. This MD‑facing role requires commercial insight, strong partnering with Exco/SMT, and an ability to challenge performance and drive profitability.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting and rolling P&L for your areas, using automation and AI to streamline reporting. Qualified accountants with strong stakeholder skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with strong finance business partnering experience.
• Proven confidence partnering and challenging senior stakeholders.
• Commercial mindset with ability to translate drivers into KPIs and insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner the MDs and leadership of Partner and Consumer divisions to drive performance and profitability.
• Analyze commercial drivers and challenge performance against plans.
• Develop meaningful KPIs and performance measures.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and monthly rolling P&L for your areas.
• Review revenue, cost of sales and margin across the portfolio with colleagues.
• Utilise automation and AI tooling to streamline reporting and analysis.
• Contribute to month-end/year-end close, balance sheet reconciliations and audits.
• Deliver ad-hoc analysis to support profit optimisation projects.
