Job summary

Investigo is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner on a 12-month fixed-term contract to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making across a diverse portfolio. You will partner with cross-functional teams and lead a small FP&A squad.

The role requires a qualified accountant with 3+ years post-qualification experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders across functions.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (CIMA or equivalent) with at least 3+ years post-qualification experience.
• Proven experience in a commercially focused finance role in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into business insights.
• Clear communicator who can influence stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to support short- and long-term strategies.
• Manage and develop a team of three Finance Business Partners.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost control and ROI analyses.
• Provide detailed P&L analysis highlighting trends, risks and opportunities.
• Support revenue management through financial modelling and pricing decisions.
• Develop business cases and evaluate new opportunities for investment.
• Model new product initiatives and track post-launch performance.
• Lead forecasting and reporting to senior stakeholders with clarity.
• Improve tools, models and reporting for better decision-making.
