Job summary

MONY Group plc in London is seeking a Finance Business Partner on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will partner with the Customer function to deliver rigorous planning, forecasting and value-focused analysis that informs growth strategies and commercial decisions.

You will own trading insight, support budgeting, and drive improvements across marketing spend and product propositions, while embracing AI-assisted tooling and ensuring data integrity in reporting.

Qualifications

• Professionally qualified ACCA, CIMA or CA/ACA.
• Ability to explore and analyse detail performance data to find key trends.
• Experience supporting key business decision making.

Responsibilities

• Operate a strong trading process to deliver advanced insight and drive action to improve commercial performance.
• Provide KPI visibility to the Customer teams and evaluate marketing efficiency and ROI.
• Support budgeting, quarterly reforecasting and in-month forecasting with detailed analysis.
• Develop business cases and unit economics for projects and strategic initiatives.
• Embrace AI tools to accelerate commentary, modelling, and reporting with professional judgement.
