Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sage 300 modules (GL, AR, AP, Payroll, Bank).
• Experience preparing financial reports and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain General Ledger accuracy and month-end close.
• Perform complex accounting entries and manage debt schedules.
• Complete bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain financial statements files and budgeting templates.
• Support annual budgeting and consolidate financial data.
• Assist with external audits by preparing working papers.
• Provide coverage in AP/AR/Payroll as needed.
• Develop and maintain financial procedures and records.
