• Delivery of long-term planning submissions and Annual Budgeting Cycle.
• In-year budget and forecast coordination with monthly packs.
• Maintain project accounts, asset delivery and inventory information.
• Review business cases and financial processes for improvements.
• Ensure robust governance framework and financial compliance.
• Manage resources to deliver value for money.
• Develop charging models and provide financial evidence for approvals.
• Coordinate indirect billing and monthly forecast reconciliations.
