The CFO HQ in Crewe is seeking an Accounts and Finance Manager to lead financial and procurement operations. This role focuses on month-end reporting, budgeting, and supplier payments, driving cost efficiencies.

Ideal candidates hold ACCA/ACA/CIMA or equivalent, with payroll experience (SAGE/Xero) and strong Office 365 skills. On offer is a pension, private medical/dental, wellbeing programme, and growth opportunities.

Competenze

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) or equivalent.
• Payroll experience desirable; familiarity with SAGE or Xero.

Mansioni

• Lead procurement activity and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, variance analysis, budgets and forecasts.
• Provide business performance insights and reporting support across operations and sales.
• Maintain general ledger integrity with reconciliations and accurate records.
• Review and approve supplier invoices with robust financial controls.
