Job summary

TPP Recruitment is seeking an experienced Finance Business Manager in Buckinghamshire to drive budgeting, forecasting and financial planning for a not-for-profit / membership-focused organisation. You will lead a small Finance Business Partner team and partner with senior leaders to deliver robust financial insight and strategic guidance.

• Qualified finance professional with focus on FP&A and budgeting.
• Experience in forecasting and financial planning in not-for-profit or membership bodies.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a small finance team.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning across the organisation.
• Coach and develop a small team of Finance Business Partners.
• Forecast and model income budgets at scale with robust assumptions.
• Deliver financial analysis to support operational and strategic decisions.
• Lead quarterly forecasting and support annual budget planning.
• Build relationships with stakeholders as a trusted business partner.
• Provide challenge and support to budget holders and senior leaders.
• Oversee management of multiple income streams and reporting.
