Journey Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a not-for-profit client near High Wycombe to appoint a Finance Business Manager responsible for budgeting, forecasting and financial planning. The role supports senior leadership with strategic decision-making through detailed analysis and reporting.

Our forward-thinking not for profit client are based near High Wycombe and are seeking a Finance Business Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. This role supports senior leadership with strategic decision-making through detailed analysis and accurate reporting.

This is a mainly remote role working 1 day on the office and 4 days from home. The salary for this role is up to £60,000 dependent on experience plus an annual discretionary bonus.

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across the organisation
• Develop financial models and cash flow forecasts
