This is a high impact leadership role responsible for shaping the finance function, strengthening financial controls and providing the commercial insight required to support business growth and operational performance.

Reporting into the Managing Director, you will lead all aspects of finance, ensuring accurate reporting, robust governance, effective cashflow management and scalable

Qualificações

• Qualified CA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Significant senior finance leadership experience.
• Strong technical accounting, reporting and financial control expertise.
• Proven experience improving finance processes, controls and systems.
• Excellent commercial acumen and analytical capability.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with ability to influence and drive change.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver the finance strategy in line with business objectives and growth plans.
• Provide strategic financial leadership and commercial support to senior stakeholders.
• Drive financial discipline, accountability and continuous improvement across the business.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning processes.
• Oversee cashflow management and working capital optimization.
• Lead audit, statutory reporting and taxation requirements.
• Set governance frameworks and robust controls across all entities.
• Coach and develop the finance team to improve performance and collaboration.
