Job summary

Lord Search & Selection Ltd is recruiting a Finance Director to take overall responsibility for finance across the growing group in the United Kingdom. You will deliver commercial and financial insight to support strategic decision-making and strengthen governance, reporting and controls.

Working with senior leadership, you will lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and strategic planning, drive automation, and support the group’s acquisition and buy-and-build strategy with financial modelling,

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant with significant senior finance experience.
• Experience within professional services or people-led business with exposure to acquisitions, integration and growth.
• Commercially astute, hands-on and able to influence at Board level.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for finance across the growing group, providing commercial and financial insight for strategic decision-making.
• Improve management information, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and strategic planning; ensure robust reporting, controls and governance.
• Support acquisitions and buy-and-build strategy including financial modelling, due diligence and post-deal integration.
