Job summary

NATS is seeking a Head of Finance to oversee the financial health and strategic direction of the Growth organisation. Reporting to the CFO, you will lead a distributed finance team, deliver consolidated P&L across multiple entities, and partner with senior leaders to drive sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Essential: Qualified accountant with significant post‑qualification experience in a senior finance role.
• Essential: Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and leadership in multi‑entity or international structures.
• Essential: Strong technical accounting including consolidation and intercompany Accounting.
• Essential: Finance Business Partnering with ability to translate data into commercial insight for senior stakeholders.
• Essential: Experience with internal controls, statutory audits, transfer pricing, and multi‑jurisdiction tax compliance.
• Essential: Multi‑currency experience; proficient with Excel and multiple financial systems/ERP.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and delivery of consolidated monthly P&L across entities/branches.
• Oversee internal controls framework and financial policies.
• Coordinate statutory audits and act as finance liaison for auditors in Growth organisation.
• Oversee transfer pricing policies across intercompany transactions.
• Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecast cycles; provide financial analysis for decision making.
• Monitor FX exposure and ensure tax compliance across jurisdictions; liaise with Group Tax and advisers.
