NATS Ltd in Whiteley, Hampshire, seeks a Head of Finance to lead the Growth finance function, delivering a consolidated P&L, strengthening controls, and partnering with senior leaders to drive sustainable growth. You will own budgeting, forecasting, transfer pricing, tax compliance, and multi-currency governance across international operations, reporting to the CFO and coordinating with Group Finance.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with substantial post‑qualification experience in a senior finance role.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and multi‑entity leadership.
• Strong technical accounting skills including intercompany accounting and consolidation.

Aufgaben

• Lead the preparation and delivery of a consolidated monthly P&L across multiple entities and branches.
• Oversee internal controls framework and ensure policy adherence across the organisation.
• Coordinate with Group Financial Control on statutory audit requirements and liaise with external auditors.
• Oversee transfer pricing policies across intercompany transactions for compliance.
• Lead annual budgeting process and rolling forecast cycle, with scenario modelling and investment appraisal.
• Produce regular financial performance reports for CFO and SLT, highlighting variances and risks.
