Job summary

Camino Search is seeking an ambitious Head of Strategic Finance & FP&A to join a fast-growing, private equity-backed business pursuing ambitious organic and acquisitive growth. Reporting to the CFO, the role blends financial planning and analysis, debt financing, lender management, M&A, and post-acquisition integration to drive value creation.

You will own debt and financing models, lead integrated three-statement modelling, manage lender relationships, and support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent finance background.
• Experience in private equity-backed, leveraged or acquisitive business.
• Advanced financial modelling including three-statement, debt and cash flow models.
• Experience supporting M&A transactions, due diligence and acquisition analysis.
• Experience managing debt facilities and lender reporting.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of debt and financing models, lead development and refinement.
• Build integrated three-statement models including cash flow and covenants.
• Lead modelling for refinancing, new debt facilities, acquisitions.
• Manage relationships with lenders, banks and debt providers.
• Oversee covenant calculations, compliance reporting and headroom analysis.
• Perform scenario analysis and stress testing on debt capacity and liquidity.
• Support negotiations with lenders on new facilities and refinancings.
• Provide analysis of leverage, cash generation and debt capacity to leadership.
• Support post-acquisition finance integration and consolidation of reporting.
