Job summary

Camino Search is recruiting a Group Financial Controller to own group consolidation, month-end close, and investor reporting. You will lead financial control across UK and European entities, overseeing audits, tax and banking relationships, while driving budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling for growth.

The role requires hands-on leadership, built to support expansion into new markets and acquisitions, with the aim of scaling a high-performance finance function.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with practical experience in group consolidation and reporting.
• Strong FP&A capabilities including budgeting, forecasting and commercial analysis.
• Experience in PE-backed or acquisitive environments and scaling finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Own group consolidation, month-end close, management accounts and board reporting.
• Lead financial control across UK and European entities, including audits and tax.
• Own budgeting/forecasting and provide commercial modelling for leadership.
• Oversee project accounting and revenue recognition across engagements.
• Support expansion through acquisitions and new market entries.
• Develop and scale the finance team to support growth.
