Camino Search is partnering with a growing private equity-backed business to appoint a Head of FP&A. You will collaborate with the CFO and senior leadership to drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting to support growth.

You will own cash flow planning, model building, and lender reporting, influencing strategic decisions across the business. ACA/ACCA/CIMA-qualified candidates with strong FP&A in mid-sized or PE-backed settings are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A within mid-sized or PE-backed environments.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers.

Responsabilités

• Lead annual budget and forecasting process.
• Deliver monthly management reporting and KPI analysis.
• Build and maintain financial models to support decision-making.
• Own cash flow forecasting and working capital reporting.
• Partner with operational leads to improve performance.
• Support debt raising, refinancing and banking relationships.
• Prepare board packs and investor reporting.
