Job summary

Finatal is partnering with a private equity-backed software business to strengthen its commercial finance and strategic planning capabilities. The FP&A Manager will own budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, and KPI analysis, partnering with commercial and operational teams to drive value creation.

Reporting to CFO, you will build financial models, support board packs and investor reporting, and conduct scenario planning across ARR, NRR, churn, CAC.

Qualifications

• ACA/CIMA/ACCA Qualified
• Exposure to SaaS, software or recurring revenue business models
• Previous experience within a private equity-backed business
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manipulate large data sets
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Commercially minded with a desire to influence decision-making
• Ambitious individual seeking a fast-paced, high-growth and PE-backed environment with clear progression opportunities

Responsibilities

Backed by a leading investor and operating in a high-growth, recurring revenue environment, the business is entering an exciting phase of scale and is seeking an FP&A Manager to strengthen its commercial finance and strategic planning capabilities.

Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will sit at the heart of the business, providing financial insight, challenging decision-making, and supporting key value creation initiatives.
