Job summary

Camino Search is partnering with a private equity backed SaaS business to appoint an FP&A Director. The role centers on planning, tracking performance and capital allocation at the heart of the business.

You will run the annual budgeting and multi-year planning cycle, enhance forecasting models and drive visibility into revenue performance, working closely with commercial leaders and the leadership team.

Qualifications

• Proven FP&A leadership experience in a growing business.
• Experience shaping planning and forecasting processes.
• Commercially minded with the ability to partner with sales and operations heads.
• Hands-on, with credibility presenting to senior stakeholders and investors.

Responsibilities

• Run the yearly budgeting and forecasting cycle and the multi-year plan, and strengthen the models behind them
• Improve visibility of revenue and recurring revenue performance, working closely with the commercial teams
• Support commercial decisions with analysis on margins, pricing and return on investment
• Track headcount and operating costs, and how they affect profit and cash
• Produce clear monthly reporting for the leadership team, the Board and investors
• Lead and develop the FP&A team
