• Qualified accountant with significant senior finance leadership experience.
• Experience within manufacturing, engineering or distribution is preferred.
• Experience in multi-entity environments and complex governance.
• Experience with finance transformation, systems improvement or acquisitions is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the finance team across two sites.
• Own financial reporting, statutory compliance, audit and governance.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and working capital.
• Partner with operational and commercial leaders to improve performance.
• Improve financial systems, reporting and processes.
• Support strategic projects including potential acquisitions and integration.
