Job summary

SF Search Partners is seeking an outstanding Divisional Finance Director to lead finance across a £1bn turnover manufacturing division spanning multiple product categories and sites in the UK.

Reporting to the Divisional Managing Director and working closely with the Group CFO, you will drive planning, forecasting, reporting, capex governance, cash flow and financial control while shaping commercial finance, pricing, cost recovery and inflation pass-through.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Finance Director experience in large-scale manufacturing.
• Experience leading finance teams across multiple sites.
• Track record of cost optimisation and transformation.
• Experience with ERP and systems improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, forecasting, reporting, capex governance, cash flow and financial control across a multi-site footprint.
• Drive commercial finance, including customer and product profitability, pricing, cost recovery and inflation pass-through.
• Partner with operations to improve yield, labour efficiency, waste, OEE and inventory control.
• Challenging and appraising tenders, automation investments, M&A and transformation programmes.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of divisional financial controllers.
