Job summary

SF Executive is working with an international business to appoint a Finance Director for a key division. This broad FD role combines commercial and operational finance leadership with shaping growth and partnering with senior leaders.

You will own financial performance, drive decision making, and lead a team while delivering robust MI, cash flow management and strategic projects across an international organisation. Based in London, three days a week in the office.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with FD level experience or equivalent.
• Experience in complex, fast-paced and commercially focused organisations.
• Exposure to international or matrix environments; private equity experience desirable.
• Credible with senior stakeholders and able to drive structure and insight.

Responsibilities

• Leading budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Providing commercial insight around profitability, pricing, costs and investments.
• Improving the quality, accuracy and visibility of management information.
• Ownership of financial reporting, controls, cash flow and working capital.
• Leading and developing the finance team.
• Driving improvements across finance systems, processes, reporting and automation.
• Supporting wider leadership with strategic projects and growth initiatives.
• Working closely with Group Finance and senior stakeholders across the organisation.
