Job summary

Chase & Holland is seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to join the Head Office finance team in Chesterfield. The role covers cash flow, treasury, statutory reporting, international operations, and systems improvements in a project-led environment.

You will work with the Financial Director and senior leaders, strengthening financial controls and providing insight to support strategic decisions. A strong background in financial accounting and SAP/Sage environments is preferred.

Qualifications

Qualified or final stages PQ Accountant ACCA, ACA/ ICAEW or CIMA.
Solid experience in financial accounting, reporting, and controls.
Exposure to international entities and international tax/compliance would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Managing Group cash flow, liquidity and treasury requirements, including cash forecasting and banking relationships.
Supporting the development of financial models for business planning, major projects and funding decisions.
Producing and reviewing Group balance sheets, financial analysis, budgets and forecasts.
Supporting payroll process alongside the Management Accountant.
Providing financial oversight on operational projects, including project costing, mobilisation and major expenditure.
