Chase & Holland are partnering with an established manufacturing business in Rotherham to appoint a commercially minded Financial Controller. You will lead the finance function, partnering with the General Manager and Senior Leadership Team to drive performance and enable growth.

You’ll own financial planning, reporting and controls, with a focus on process improvement and preparing for a major SAP implementation. A strong manufacturing finance background and CIMA/ACCA are highly regarded.

Formación

• Confident to challenge the status quo and drive change across the business.
• Proven experience in a similar role with strong technical accounting and commercial focus.
• Manufacturing finance background with cost accounting understanding.
• Experience reviewing and improving financial processes, controls and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Drive business performance with the SLT to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Lead improvements to standard costing, systems, controls and processes.
• Translate strategic objectives into financial plans and provide insightful analysis.
• Oversee SAP readiness project and ensure data, reporting and teams are prepared.
