Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Finance Reinvention Partner initiatives in London, Manchester, and Edinburgh. You will design AI-enabled finance solutions within ERP, govern autonomous journal actions, and guide large-scale platform transformations for CFOs and finance leaders.

You will originate work, lead client workshops and proofs of concept, and drive the delivery from discovery to run, ensuring strong governance and auditability across the program.

Qualifications

• Senior finance transformation career, typically 10+ years, with AI experience.
• Experience designing finance platforms and agentic workflows.
• Ability to lead workshops, demos and proofs of concept.

Responsibilities

• Design AI into finance on ERP, including governance and controls.
• Lead delivery from discovery through build, testing and deployment.
• Shape deals and craft value propositions for CFOs and finance leaders.
• Coach and develop delivery teams and lead client forums.
