Job summary

Wingstop UK&I is seeking a commercially minded People Partner to support the Yorkshire & Midlands region. This field-based role focuses on using people data to influence leaders and drive performance in a fast-paced QSR environment.

You’ll partner with market and site leaders, manage employee relations, and coach managers to build capability while embedding DEI and wellbeing as lived practice. With CIPD Level 5, a driving licence and ability to travel, you’ll help shape our people strategy

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a People Partner or HRBP, ideally in hospitality, retail or multi-site environments.
• Strong ER knowledge with ability to handle complex and sensitive cases.
• Commercially aware with ability to link people decisions to performance and costs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with markets, district and site leaders to drive performance through people strategies.
• Collaborate with the wider People team to ensure consistency, compliance and best practice.
• Turn people data into actionable insights for decision making.
