Job summary

Wingstop UK&I is seeking a commercially minded People Partner to support London and the South, covering around 50 restaurants. You will influence leaders, turn data into insights and lead on ER cases while championing DEI and employee wellbeing.

The role requires field-based presence and frequent travel, with a focus on driving engagement, engagement and strong people practices to support commercial success.

Qualifications

• Strong ER knowledge with confidence handling challenging and sensitive cases.
• Highly organised and analytical, with ability to spot trends and tell the story behind the numbers.
• Commercially aware – understand how people decisions impact performance, cost and results.
• Confident influencing and coaching across levels.
• Passionate about DEI, wellbeing and engagement, with courage to challenge when needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with markets, district and site leaders to drive performance through effective people strategies.
• Collaborate with the wider People team to ensure consistency, compliance and best practice.
• Turn people data into clear, practical insight to support decision-making.
• Act as Employee Relations expert, manage complex ER cases and coach managers.
• Drive continuous improvement across the region and embed our values in leadership.
