Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Senior Pricing and Access Consultant to shape market access and pricing strategies for pharmaceutical products. You will develop payer-focused materials, align evidence and economics with pricing strategies, and help position products in the market.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables across global projects within a consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a 2:1 or above in a life science discipline; a higher degree is desirable.
• Exceptional English skills in writing and speaking.
• Strong time management and ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of pricing and market access materials, including global value dossiers and payer-focused communications.
• Mentor and guide a team to deliver high-quality outputs for clients.
• Act as Parexel's client contact, providing strategic insights and ensuring project alignment.
• Oversee project scopes, plans, and budgets, securing stakeholder agreement and profitability.
