Job summary

Sulzer is seeking a senior Facilities Management leader to shape and implement a unified FM strategy across the UK & Ireland. You will lead a small team, bridge divisions, and drive a first-generation outsourced FM model with a strategic, data-led approach to maintenance and asset lifecycle.

You will collaborate with site leaders to balance operational needs, compliance, and investment planning while delivering continuous improvement and strong governance across a multi-site estate.

Qualifications

• Significant senior FM leadership experience in a complex, multi-site organisation.
• Experience with first-generation outsourced FM outsourcing, transition and mobilisation.
• Strong governance, performance management and continuous improvement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of UK & Ireland FM strategy aligned to business objectives.
• Line-manage two Facilities Managers across divisions and locations.
• Oversee transition to outsourced FM operating model and establish true partnership with supplier.
• Governance, KPIs and reporting for compliance, performance, risk and cost.
• Drive asset lifecycle planning, CAPEX strategy and sustainability initiatives.
