Job summary

H&M Group is seeking a proactive Facility Management leader based in London to ensure smooth operation of the site portfolio. You will drive optimized, cost-efficient FM services, oversee maintenance, supplier management, lifecycle planning, and energy efficiency while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate stakeholders across functions, bring analytical rigor, and balance long-term asset mindset with daily operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in Facilities Management or related fields.
• Analytical and methodical approach to problem solving.
• Experience with CAFM systems (e.g., Planon) and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full FM scope: energy, utilities, maintenance and cleaning.
• Own supplier management and procurement for facility services.
• Lead or co-lead budgeting, planning, and cost control.
• Provide input for stores builds and rebuilds to secure long-term cost/quality.
• Ensure accurate data in the FM system and drive energy efficiency initiatives.
