Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or journalism.
• Experience writing for LinkedIn and other social platforms with executive voice development.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills for diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with media relations, press outreach, and PR best practices.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in digital tools, content management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in a corporate or agency environment is a plus.
• Experience with AI, Generative AI, LLMs.
• Strategic thinking and alignment of communications with organizational goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and edit a variety of external communications materials for executives.
• Lead and execute an executive LinkedIn program to strengthen thought leadership and brand visibility.
• Support media relations with pitches, press kits, and backgrounders.
• Monitor media coverage and industry trends to boost public perception.
• Assist in creating executive communications, including speeches and messaging frameworks.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather stories for timely dissemination.
• Apply distribution channel requirements to content needs like SEO and GEO.
