Job summary

Navan is seeking a strategic Manager, Executive Engagement & Community Programs to build and scale Navan’s executive networks, high-value events, and communications for CIOs, CFOs, and Travel Leaders. You will lead end-to-end programs that boost credibility, pipeline influence, and executive advocacy.

Reporting to Marketing Leadership, you will design scalable engagement plans, manage budgets and partners, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure programs align with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years in event marketing, community marketing, field marketing, or demand generation targeting C-level executives in B2B SaaS, travel, or technology.
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and cross-functional communication skills with senior leaders and industry associations.
• Commercially minded with a track record of evaluating program effectiveness using Salesforce, Marketo, or dashboards to guide investments.

Responsibilities

• Design and launch scalable engagement programs for C-suite and VP-level decision-makers across mid-market and enterprise accounts.
• Plan and execute bespoke, high-value events from intimate dinners to VIP tracks at user conferences.
• Build feedback loops between top-tier customers and Navan’s executives and product teams.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to leverage community touchpoints for pipeline acceleration, referenceability, and retention.
