Job summary

Navan is seeking a strategic Manager, Executive Engagement & Community Programs to design and scale executive programs, VIP experiences, and high-value events for C-suite and VP-level leaders. You will collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product to build peer networks and drive demand generation.

Lead end-to-end programs, manage budgets and partners, and define KPIs such as NPS and pipeline influence to accelerate revenue and strengthen Navan’s executive community globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in event marketing, community marketing, field marketing, or demand generation within B2B SaaS, travel, or technology - targeting C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Design and launch scalable engagement programs for C-suite and VP decision-makers across mid-market and enterprise accounts.
• Plan and execute bespoke, high-value events—from intimate executive dinners to regional roundtables and VIP tracks.
• Build and maintain feedback loops between top-tier customers and Navan’s executive leadership and product teams.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to leverage community touchpoints for pipeline acceleration and referenceability.
