ICIS is seeking an Event Marketing Manager to lead marketing activity for a portfolio of events. You will develop integrated campaigns that drive audience engagement, delegate acquisition, sponsorship opportunities and revenue performance.

Working with Sales, Content and Operations, you will define audiences, messaging and channel plans, delivering email, web, social and partnerships that maximise event success and customer impact.

Formación

• Proven B2B marketing experience, ideally in events, conferences, media or a commercially focused environment.
• Experience planning and delivering integrated campaigns that support revenue, delegate acquisition and lead generation.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines and stakeholders.
• Good understanding of audience segmentation, campaign targeting and data-led acquisition.
• Confident using campaign performance and commercial data to optimise activity.

Responsabilidades

• Develop commercially focused marketing strategies for a portfolio of events aligned to revenue targets.
• Own integrated marketing campaigns from planning to execution, reporting and optimisation.
• Define target audiences, campaign objectives, channel plans and success measures for each event.
• Translate market insights into clear, targeted messaging and campaign content across channels.
• Collaborate with Sales, Content, Product and Operations to strengthen event propositions and improve effectiveness.
