Job summary

FIRST is a global brand experience agency seeking an Event Manager to be the primary client contact after booking, coordinating with venue departments and FIRST teams to deliver high-quality events. You will manage planning, setup, and on-site execution across multiple programs, ensuring guest satisfaction and flawless delivery.

The role requires strong operational knowledge of event logistics, venue management, and AV/catering coordination, with a focus on exceptional service and client

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in event planning, conference services, or catering in large-scale environments.
• CMP designation is highly desirable.
• High proficiency in event management software and venue operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client contact after the event space is booked, coordinating planning to post-event.
• Lead internal meetings and coordinate with Catering, Facilities, AV, Reception and Security.
• Prepare Event Orders, run sheets, diagrams and post-event reports with cost data.
