Job summary

AtkinsRéalis seeks an Estates Manager to lead Corporate Real Estate transactions across the UK region, shaping estate strategy and delivering lease events for a predominantly commercial office portfolio. You will build relationships with business units, manage portfolio data, and collaborate with Global CRE on regional projects.

The role requires strong financial acumen, MRICS preferred, and ability to travel up to 25%. A Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or related field is expected.

• MRICS preferred.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.
