Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a strategic Asset Management leader to drive long-term decision‑making for infrastructure assets. You will develop strategies, policies and roadmaps, lead maturity assessments and oversee advisory programmes for major infrastructure clients in and beyond the UK.

You will influence senior leaders, build trusted client relationships and guide organisational transformation while contributing to business development and capability growth across the practice.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in strategic asset management and consultancy or advisory work.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 55000 family of asset management standards.
• Background in developing asset management strategies, policies and improvement programmes.
• Experience leading organisational transformation and change.
• Track record in business development and growing trusted client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop asset management strategies, policies, roadmaps and operating models.
• Lead asset management maturity assessments and improvement programmes.
• Advise clients on investment planning and lifecycle decision-making.
• Provide independent technical assurance and expert advice to clients.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior staff.
