Job summary

AtkinsRéalis seeks an Estates Manager for the CREWS team to lead corporate real estate transactions across the UK region and align activity with business objectives.

You will build relationships with business units, manage lease events, and coordinate with service providers while contributing to regional and global real estate strategies and ensuring risk, sustainability and compliance. Hybrid working is supported.

Qualifications

• Understanding of real estate transactions in the context of business portfolio and strategy.
• Ability to manage portfolio objectives and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Experience presenting strategic opportunities to senior partners.
• Knowledge of real estate contract vehicles for leasing, acquisitions and dispositions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver real estate transactions across a predominantly commercial office portfolio.
• Build strong relationships with business unit stakeholders to understand needs and provide estate solutions.
• Develop understanding of portfolio and lease events for accurate planning and data updates.
• Collaborate with service providers and consultants to present strategic opportunities to key partners.
• Coordinate with Global Corporate Real Estate on office projects within the Region.
• Develop partnerships to deliver integrated real estate services regionally.
• Contribute to global Real Estate principles, processes, and outsourcing decisions.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement with partners and consultants.
• Mobilise and manage the Office Advisory Services contract, including rent roll management and landlord/tenant advisory matters.
• Coordinate legal activities with internal resources and external partners.
