Zusammenfassung

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Estates Manager to lead Corporate Real Estate transactions at regional level, support estate strategy, and drive its implementation through high-quality lease and property transactions. You will build relationships with business units, manage lease events and portfolio planning, and collaborate with external service providers and the Global CRE team.

A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related field is required; MRICS is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Understanding of real estate transactions in business context.
• Portfolio optimization with stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation and reporting skills.
• Experience with real estate contracts (leasing, acquisitions, dispositions).
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
