Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in London is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead capital projects across the Property sector from business case through to delivery, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing stakeholders.

You will oversee programme, cost, risk and governance, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery in fast-paced, occupied environments. Experience with M&E or building services is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering capital projects in consultancy, client-side or contractor environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills with ability to influence and build long-term relationships.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and coordinating consultants and contractors.
• Knowledge of project controls, risk management and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of capital projects and programmes across the Property sector from business case through to completion.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, developing trusted relationships and providing strategic project leadership.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, consultants and contractors to deliver projects safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Oversee programme, cost, risk, governance and reporting activities, ensuring effective project controls throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate project activities within occupied and operational environments, balancing business continuity and delivery objectives.
• Provide clear and concise reporting to clients and senior stakeholders, supporting informed decision-making.
• Mentor and support junior project managers, sharing best practice and contributing to team development.
• Support business growth through excellent client service, repeat business opportunities and participation in business development activities.
