A leading environmental services company is seeking a Senior Estates Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across its diverse property portfolio. You will lead a team, manage a national portfolio, and negotiate property terms. Ideal candidates will be Chartered Members of RICS with significant experience in managing complex properties and strong stakeholder communication skills. Qualifications

• Chartered Member of RICS.
• Degree or postgraduate qualification in Property, Estates Management, or a related discipline (desirable).
• Significant post-qualification experience managing a complex property portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Estate Management team, setting clear objectives.
• Oversee the management of Veolia's national property portfolio.
• Manage, review and negotiate commercial property terms.
• Support team members with complex property matters.
• Drive Veolia's property strategy across existing and new sites.
• Build strong relationships with landlords and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute estates expertise to bids, tenders and investment cases.
