Eastern Education Group is seeking an outstanding Group Director of Estates to provide strategic leadership for its multi-site education estates.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and serving as a member of the executive team, you will lead the development and delivery of a long‑term estates strategy that supports organisational growth, enhances learner experiences and ensures our campuses, facilities and infrastructure remain fit for the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of a long-term estates strategy across multiple sites.
• Oversee estate planning, compliance, building safety, asset management and sustainability initiatives.
• Provide expert advice to senior leaders and governors and manage large budgets, contracts and stakeholder relationships.
• Influence executive level decisions and build high-performing teams to drive continuous improvement.
