Job summary

The Deputy Director of Estates & Facilities in Guildford will lead day-to-day estates and facilities services for the NHS organisation, ensuring buildings and services run safely and efficiently.

You will oversee maintenance, coordinate planned works, manage contractors, and work with internal teams to optimise service delivery and transformation programmes. This is a temporary role with daily pay between 360 and 440 GBP depending on experience.

• Manage contractors working on estates and facilities activities, ensuring work is completed as agreed.
• Coordinate planned works to reduce disruption to building users and daily services.
• Provide clear updates on estates and facilities priorities, progress and operational issues.
