Sellick Partnership is pleased to partner on an exciting opportunity which has arisen for an experienced Estates & Facilities Leader to join a large NHS organisation on an interim basis.

This senior leadership role will provide strategic and operational oversight of Estates, Facilities and Infrastructure services across a complex healthcare environment.

You will lead service delivery, compliance, contractor performance and capital programmes, while working closely with executive stakeholders to drive high–quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities of the Estates role:

• Lead Estates & Facilities operations across a multi–site healthcare estate
• Ensure statutory compliance and effective risk management
• Oversee capital projects, infrastructure improvements and estates strategy
• Manage contractor performance, budgets and service delivery

Requirements of the Deputy Director of Estates
