Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Business Development Manager for Remediation in Cannock. The role combines strategic BD across the UK with frontline client engagement, targeting COMAH/Defence, real estate, and developers.

You will lead multi-disciplinary bids and coordinate Veolia’s internal teams to deliver integrated remediation solutions. The position is hybrid with national travel, offering £60,000 plus car/allowance, 40 hours per week, and a focus on environmental risk management and value creation for

Qualifications

Proven track record in strategic sales and business development within environmental sectors.
Experience managing consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
Knowledge of contaminated land, remediation or waste management markets.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver a UK-wide strategic business development plan.
Qualify and convert high-value opportunities across COMAH, Defence, real estate, developers.
Build a strong pipeline of premium opportunities and manage the full sales lifecycle.
Engage senior stakeholders to protect reputations and future-proof assets.
Lead cross-functional bid teams and coordinate internal specialists under the One Veolia approach.
